TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall constitute the agreement between parties living in countries or regions outside and within Singapore. Parties interested in purchasing merchandise from Mr-Teemontee (hereinafter "Members" or "Customers") should understand and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing an order.
If you have any doubts please write to our e-mail address at mr-teemontee@hotmail.com. Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is your legal agreement to the policies, terms and conditions below. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including exports and re-exports control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
Warranty of Merchantability
All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
Our Guarantee
At Mr-Teemontee, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your delivered goods due to wrong item sent or not in good working condition, contact us, defected goods will then be redelivered with a new piece at a non chargeable delivery fee.
Availability
All goods offered are subject to availability and Mr-Teemontee reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer an alternative item. Mr-Teemontee reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time.
Accuracy of Colours and Merchandise Description
Mr-Teemontee has endeavored to display all products as accurately as possible. Please note that while we make every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors and/or pictures that appear on Mr-Teemontee, we cannot guarantee how it would actually look on your monitor. The colors you see depend on your monitor and may be slightly different from the actual merchandise. Photographs in the website reflect the actual object accurately and have not been altered in any way. We will have no liability as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or pictures displayed on your monitor and on any finished merchandise purchased by you. Mr-Teemontee will try to provide as accurate a description and picture for each of our merchandise. Mr-Teemontee have done our utmost to ensure the accuracy of the measurement furnished on the website, however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements items may vary slightly.
Setup and Payment
Buyer represents and warrants that (i) the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer will be honored by the Buyer's credit card company and (iii) Buyer shall pay charges incurred by Buyer at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes.
Editing, Deleting, and Modification
Mr-Teemontee reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the Site and to remove Mr-Teemontee may modify this Contract, or prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Site in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Modification of this Contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Site with respect to transactions occurring after said date.
Delivery
We use only Singapore Post Registered Mail and payable upon checkout. Additional SGD$1 for all postages.
Your order will be processed within 48 hours upon receiving your payment. We will post via standard mail or registered mail through SingPost.
SpeedPost is provided if required.

There will be an additional $2.20 applicable for registered articles.
Customers who mail more than 5 of our main products together will be entitled to free registered mails locally (Singapore.)
Goods will be delivered within 2 weeks. As soon as your order is sent out through mail, we will send you an e-mail to keep you notified.
If item is lost in mail (Normal mail), buyer will bear full responsibility for the lost of item.
Customers are to ensure that they have entered the correct shipping address as this is where we will ship the order to. We do not send to PO Boxes. We at Mr-Teemontee do not take responsibility in an event that the order is shipped to a wrong shipping address as provided by the customer upon checked out. In an event if your package is returned back to us due to failed delivery, you will need to pay a surcharge of SGD$15 on top of another payment of the shipping cost.
Normal mail: Does not come with a tracking number.
Registered mail: Comes with a tracking number and the chances of it getting lost is slimmer.
For Promotions, Goods will be delivered within 2-4weeks in recieving the payments.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer through means of email within 24 hours upon successful submission of Mr-Teemontee electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
Refund and Cancellation
We ensure that merchandises shipped out are brand new and of good condition. Please note that we take pride in our merchandises and strive to serve you as best as we can. Therefore items are carefully checked and examined before we send it out.
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any occurrences of cancellation of orders due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame will be refunded. Cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customers.
Customer or their appointed receiver of goods is strongly advised to check and make sure all items are as ordered before accepting. Customers are to ensure that they have made order to the correct size, colour and quantity before making payment.
We reserved the rights to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
Copyright
Unless otherwise stated, all materials, including images, photographs, text and other materials are copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Mr-teemontee. These are only to be downloaded or copied for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not distribute, display, reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, Mr-teemontee will pursue any infringement on its copyright to the fullest extent of all applicable laws.
Privacy Policy
Mr-Teemontee values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our merchandises, services, contests, and promotions. Mr-Teemontee recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly and that personal information is important to individuals. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. Mr-Teemontee ensures the information that is submitted during the registration or ordering process will be kept confidential and only be used for the purpose of contacting the client or delivery of items. Mr-Teemontee do not release any client information to any other website or persons requesting it. Mr-Teemontee informs you that while some handling of the personal data you provide will be necessary in order to render the services requested, other handling will be totally optional and its purpose will be to provide you with information on events, offers and promotional discounts regarding the products on sale at the site. The only exception is the data handled directly by specifically tasked operatives in connection with deliveries. Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and largely in the control of the individual. We will only store data required for your transaction. This data will be not be passed on to unless it is needed to process your order. All personal data is kept confidential.

All orders from the online store are recorded specifically by our staff physically for the purpose of delivery and the information is removed from our online databases after delivery is complete. Mr-Teemontee does not require membership in order to purchase items and only specific contact or delivery information is required at each point of purchase.

We will be responsible for all personal data collected. All personal data collected will be used and processed fairly and lawfully while in our possession or custody. We ensure all our customers that we would be accountable for our organisation's compliance to our Privacy Policy.

We collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of registering a user for our web site.

We have developed guidelines and implemented procedures to govern the destruction of personal data that are no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes.
We do not use "cookies "or any other tracking technologies to collect information from users of our web site.

We ensure our customers that all personal information collected is accurate and kept up to date. We do not maintain duplicate copies of personal information in different systems.

We ensure our customers that appropriate security safeguards are in place to protect personal data against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, copying, use, alteration, accidental loss or theft, destruction or damage.Only authorised personals have access to our systems. Consultants, contractors or other temporary employees do not have access to the data.

Mr-Teemontee undertakes to render the service as accurate and exact as possible; however, technical, factual and/or printing inaccuracies and errors may inadvertently occur.
Mr-Teemontee reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the site whenever this is necessary, without advance warning. We also reserve the right to change or update information on Mr-Teemontee at any time without prior notice, even after your order already has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Mr-Teemontee does not guarantee that the information contained on the site complies with the laws in force in your country, or that the products shown in the site windows are available for sale in all jurisdictions.
You acknowledge that use of out site is as your sole risk. The store owners maximum liability arising from any merchandise sold shall not exceed the price of such merchandise.
The site is not warranted to be error free or uninterrupted. Mr-teemontee disclaims all warranties or representations of any kind.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mr-teemontee parties against all claims, liability, costs and expenses including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees arising out of violation of any provisions of this agreement by you or anyone accessing Mr-teemontee.
Mr-teemontee reserves to right to amend the terms and conditions at any one time without prior notice. Mr-teemontee also reserves the right to refuse to provide out services or processes of a transaction to any one at our sole discretion. We also reserve the rights to make any amendments for any part of the website. All amendments will be of immediate effect upon update.
